We will accept Exchanges Only of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving items or confirmed delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Nakai's Closet reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after the 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

***Due to sanitary reasons, there are NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES on swimwear. NO EXCEPTIONS!***

At times, Nakai's Closet offer items for sale at a reduced price with a no exchange or return policy.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.

If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 1 pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1 pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1 pm EST will be processed on the following Monday.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
